Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive market positioning.
• Lead performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal processes.
• Manage end-to-end RFP processes for compensation and benefits services.
• Analyze program data to generate management reports and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits roles.
• Expertise in Compensation and Benefits management and Total Rewards.
• Proven experience in Compensation Benchmarking.
• Strong background in Performance Management and the Performance Appraisal Process.
• Experience managing RFPs from clients.
• Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and market trends.
• Strong analytical and data reporting capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and employee education.
