Description

You will manage compliance processes for Medicare Advantage and Part D programs, ensuring adherence to Client Manual System and BCBSA guidelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support compliance processes for Medicare Advantage and Part D programs.
• Interpret regulations and rules according to the Client Manual System and BCBSA guidelines.
• Review Medicare Advantage sales and marketing documents for submission through the Client within mandated deadlines.
• Research, analyze, and disseminate guidance and communications to internal and external stakeholders.
• Interface with regulatory agencies, professional associations, internal customers, and vendors to resolve business problems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Expertise in Compliance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in healthcare, specifically Medicare Advantage.
