Description
You will manage statutory compliance and labor law adherence across multiple locations in India.
Responsibilities
- Manage PF, ESIC, and PT calculations and remittances.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable state labor laws.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers statewide.
- Liaise with various internal departments and external authorities.
- Maintain MIS inputs and monitor payroll notifications, amendments, and industry updates.
Required Skills
- 2 to 6 years of experience in statutory compliance.
- Direct experience with Provident Fund Act and ESIC Act.
- Working knowledge of Minimum Wages Act and Payment of Wages Act.
- Familiarity with Maternity Act, Employment Exchange Act, and Contract Labour Act.
- Knowledge of Payment of Gratuity Act.
- Experience managing PAN India statutory compliance activities across various sites.
- Ability to manage payroll-related compliance updates and MIS reporting.
- Any Graduate degree.
