Description

Manage customer compliance requirements and lead the organization through certification and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer compliance as defined in Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Oversee certifications including ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Lead customer and external audits such as ISO, SOC2, and PCI-DSS.
• Direct a small team of compliance executives.
• Respond to compliance-related RFPs during the sales process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT Compliance within an IT services organization.
• Hands-on experience implementing ISO 27001 controls in an IT environment.
• Extensive knowledge of ITGC controls and review processes.
• Experience with SOC 2 and SOC 1 implementation.
• Basic understanding of PCI-DSS control objectives.
• Ability to interpret MSAs to extract specific compliance requirements.
• Experience setting up and maintaining Offshore Development Centres (ODCs) for US, UK, or EU companies.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• ISO 27001 certified auditor.
• Relevant security certifications.
