Description

You will own the first line of defense for the compliance framework by managing vendor vetting, risk mitigation, and internal policy guidance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Vet healthcare and third-party vendors by reviewing and completing compliance questionnaires and forms.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate compliance risks, gaps, and findings through organization-wide assessments.
• Develop, update, and enforce corporate policies regarding data privacy, anti-trust, and integrity.
• Design and deliver compliance training modules and serve as the primary contact for ethics and sponsorship inquiries.
• Support corporate governance activities, including entity formation, reorganizations, and consumer-data-privacy requests.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or a closely related function.
• J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited U.S. law school with active U.S. Bar membership, or CCEP/CCEP-I certification.
• Solid understanding of U.S. Federal and State compliance frameworks and Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures across multiple business units.
• Proficiency in Program Administration and Risk Management.
• Strong research, investigative, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, scalable processes.
• Experience conducting internal audit assessments and gap analyses.
