Description

You will manage ITSM process improvements and ensure adherence to ISO 20000 standards in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis on ITSM processes to identify improvement areas and set specific objectives.
• Measure, report, and analyze defined improvement objectives on a weekly basis.
• Maintain ISO 20000 standards and ensure compliance across all teams.
• Coordinate with reporting, automation, and monitoring tools teams to reduce manual efforts for process managers.
• Report on service performance to various clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or service management roles.
• Practical experience with SLAs.
• Knowledge of ITSM process gap analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Experience maintaining ISO 20000 standards.
• Ability to automate work orders and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in creating unified weekly status reports and performance metrics.
