Description

Design, implement, and maintain Genesys customer engagement and routing solutions. You will configure core components, develop custom automation, and manage system integrations and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Genesys Core and Voice components, including IVR, call routing, and call recording.
• Develop custom Python scripts and applications to enhance Genesys system functionality.
• Integrate Genesys solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and databases.
• Manage Genesys upgrades, patches, and security updates to ensure system security.
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Genesys 8.x and Genesys software.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka.
• Hands-on work with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Cloud (IaaS) environments.
• Ability to design detailed solution architectures, workflows, and system integrations.
• Experience conducting testing and validation of implemented solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical consultation and requirement assessment for customer service operations.
