Description

You will create detailed 3D solid and surface models to define machine in-process requirements and functional working prototypes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D solid and surface models based on specific machine requirements.
• Develop in-process work instructions and sketches for production associates.
• Conceptualize ideas into functional, working models.
• Apply standard drafting practices when generating technical documentation.
• Interpret blueprints and technical publications to guide design accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CAD modeling and design.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 and V6.
• Experience with Siemens NX.
• Experience with ASIC.
• Strong understanding of machine shop practices and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical publications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Mathematics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
