Description

You will assemble, troubleshoot, and document hardware systems for desktop and laptop environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble personal desktops and laptops following technical instructions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on endpoint devices.
• Install operating systems and configure various software packages.
• Document repair procedures and write detailed technical descriptions.
• Manage basic inventory tasks and maintain records in MS Excel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer repair and assembly.
• Hands-on experience assembling and troubleshooting desktops and laptops.
• Deep understanding of motherboard components and architecture.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for inventory and documentation.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and document workflows.
• Competency in internet browsing and technical writing.
