Description

You will manage and direct computer-related activities for the Boston location, aligning technical execution with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support workstation operating systems (Windows 10) and legacy software.
• Coordinate installation and support of local networking equipment, including firewalls, switches, and WiFi access points.
• Maintain, install, configure, and support Windows Server Operating Systems (2012 R2, 2016, 2019) using Active Directory.
• Manage all aspects of office moves, including configuration of phone systems, network services, and security systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of work experience in IT environments (systems analyst, network administrator, etc.).
• Experience with WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of installing and managing Operating Systems (workstations and servers).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, Office 365, and Teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Networks, and WiFi infrastructure.
• Ability to learn and support proprietary applications.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in a related IT field.
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2003 and 2008, MSSQL, Dell, or HP hardware.
