Description

You will provide day-to-day operational support for the local computing environment in Valley City, ND.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and printer issues.
• Resolve trouble tickets assigned through ServiceNow queues.
• Perform smart hands support, computer imaging, and conference room technical assistance.
• Manage physical assets, including toner replacement, inventory monitoring, and equipment disposal.
• Maintain operational records, schedule equipment maintenance, and coordinate with suppliers.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of computing and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet functions.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Understanding of computer security policies and general security concepts.
• Awareness of Application Security and Cybersecurity principles.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy standards.
• Familiarity with Bug Tracking tools.
• 1+ year of IT experience (recent graduates considered).
