Description

You will coordinate computer operations to ensure the stability and integrity of data and server services through continuous monitoring and support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor computer operations equipment and processing to maintain system stability and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for backup configuration and recovery issues.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades while adhering to information security guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client issues within helpdesk service levels, providing timely status updates.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to resolve client issues and implement process improvements.
• Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• Network operations experience.
• Expertise in SolarWinds, OneNote, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with high volume printing and high volume inserting.
• Proficiency with Dorway production schedules.
• Mainframe and high speed printer operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with Director-level IT professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Associate degree in IT systems, computer science, or a related field with four years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of diverse high volume machinery.
