Description

You will monitor, test, and maintain network and infrastructure elements while providing Tier II support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, and application elements to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Configure network and system resources and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report abnormalities to the SME team.
• Execute pre-configured port activations on network switches and assist with network automation tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person visits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network or system operations.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Splunk, SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Catalyst.
• Experience with Python scripting and Linux server batch scripting.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration.
• Ability to perform Cisco wireless troubleshooting and Cisco Meraki configuration.
• Competency in DNS and IP network troubleshooting.
• Technical writing experience for training and knowledge base documentation.
