Description

You will design, develop, and execute measurement tools to estimate program impact and validate training spends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide internal training programs to promote instructional design skills within teams.
• Document requirements using use cases, sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Identify and scope broad solutions to be implemented within the organization.
• Provide day-to-day operational and functional support for applications while coordinating with integration teams.
• Build and release application upgrades.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in web design and development.
• Proficiency with J2EE, jQuery, Angular JS, Node JS, Struts, and Spring.
• Experience with Oracle and Quality Assurance tools.
• Knowledge of Blue Martini and Sterling Commerce (OMS).
• Experience with Hibernate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
