Description

You will build a next-generation agentic automation framework that translates conversational intent into autonomous workflows using LLMs and orchestration tools.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable backend framework to orchestrate tasks via microservices, external APIs, scrapers, and RPA/VMs.
• Integrate LLMs to parse user intent, extract tasks, and dynamically plan automation flows.
• Architect modular systems that allow for new service and API integrations without major refactoring.
• Optimize LLM-driven services for ultra-low latency and high availability in production.
• Manage web-based tasks through RPA or VM-based strategies to replicate human browser actions when APIs are unavailable.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience building high-performance backend systems.
• Proven experience with agent-based frameworks like LangChain for multi-step workflow orchestration.
• Extensive experience deploying and operating LLM models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Deep familiarity with REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools, virtual machines, or headless browsers for web automation.
• Experience with web scraping libraries for dynamic or JS-driven sites.
• Experience designing microservices in AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
