You will provide technical support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Log and process support calls to resolve user issues.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
- Set up staff accounts and manage user login and password troubleshooting.
- Maintain software license records and manage stocks of equipment and consumables.
- Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment and source replacement components.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installation.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining networks.
- Experience managing printers and scanners.
- Knowledge of systems configuration and maintenance.
- Ability to manage software licensing records and inventory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
