You will provide technical support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Log and process support calls to resolve user issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Plan and execute scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Set up staff accounts and manage user login and password troubleshooting.
  • Maintain software license records and manage stocks of equipment and consumables.
  • Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment and source replacement components.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installation.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining networks.
  • Experience managing printers and scanners.
  • Knowledge of systems configuration and maintenance.
  • Ability to manage software licensing records and inventory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Any Graduate
