Description

Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with imaging, reimaging, and configuring Windows 11 devices, including laptops and desktops.
• Manage and troubleshoot virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.
• Support incident and request management through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Backup, recover, and reimage user devices remotely and at the user’s desk to ensure minimal downtime.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 11, imaging, and troubleshooting MS Office applications including MS Teams and Outlook.
• Experience assisting with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
