Description

You provide technical assistance to users through the IT Call Center, managing incoming calls and emails regarding technical issues. You troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end users, resolving issues related to laptops, printers, and scanners. You collaborate with other team staff to manage support requests effectively.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Experience managing Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using Adobe software.
• Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and computer repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
