Description

Provide technical assistance and hardware/software support to resolve user inquiries and maintain system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues using computer diagnostics and technical manuals.
• Install and configure equipment, including cables, operating systems, and software, ensuring proper setup for employee use.
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures to instruct users on hardware and software usage.
• Maintain detailed records of data communication transactions, system errors, remedial actions, and installation activities.
• Collaborate with staff and management to establish requirements for new systems, modifications, or office automation improvements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in broadcast operations, post-production, or digital supply chain.
• 2+ years of experience in an operational, support-oriented, or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proficiency with MAC/PC OS and desktop hardware.
• Knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting workflows.
• Ability to conduct workflow analysis and space design for office automation.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with multiple departments, clients, and vendors.
• Proven ability to multitask and make decisions in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting customer workflows through an operations team or help desk.
• Experience documenting standard operating procedures.
