Description

You will design and execute user interface screens and direct the overall user experience for the delivered product.

Responsibilities

• Design systems and reusable components to establish application look and feel.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to deliver solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Lead user workshops, facilitate sessions, and conduct user research and competitor analysis.
• Create user stories, personas, storyboards, information architecture, and sitemaps.
• Implement accessibility standards and best practices across all designs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or system analysis.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Ability to use data-driven design techniques and A/B testing.
• Experience working closely with Business Analysts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design.

Preferred Skills

• Quantitative design techniques including A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret qualitative feedback.
