Description

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, data models, and load scripts while configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable BI solutions using QlikView, SQL Server, SSIS, and Oracle.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network security settings, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Automate administrative tasks for platform management and system monitoring using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Manage user access, security settings, repositories, and license allocation.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and alerts for proactive issue detection.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Proficiency in QlikView, PowerShell, and SQL Server.
• Experience with SSIS, Oracle, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Ability to write automation scripts in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for ticketing and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Computer Applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of load balancer management and network security settings.
