Description

You will research software products and analyze system requirements to meet agency and customer needs. You will resolve customer support requests via phone, in-person, or remote sessions. You will create and deploy computer images and manage computer labs. You will monitor and ensure compliance with State data security requirements. You will develop regular reports and provide training to system users and technicians. You will document system updates, project work, and troubleshooting processes.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of computer experience in technical assignments.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Data Analysis and Database Management.
• Data Visualization tools and techniques.
• Statistical Modeling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline, or two years of equivalent experience.
