You will analyze software products, resolve support issues, and manage system deployments for agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze software products to meet technical and customer requirements.
• Resolve customer support issues via phone, in-person, or remote sessions.
• Create and deploy computer images and manage workstation installations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state data security requirements.
• Develop regular reports, create technical documentation, and deliver user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical computer experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and C#.
• Experience with systems analysis and troubleshooting.
• Data analysis and scientific programming skills.
• Ability to manage database systems and perform data visualization.
• Experience with algorithm development and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data annotation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or two years of equivalent experience.
