Description

Analyze data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to improve computer systems.
• Evaluate user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems.
• Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
• Travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA as required.

Required Skills

• 6 months of experience using Java.
• 6 months of experience with Oracle Database Server.
• Experience working with Webservices.
• Experience working with XML.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field with 6 months of experience in this role or as a Software Engineer, Developer, Programmer, or IT Consultant.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive work experience in a related field.
