You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution through detailed analysis and data migration management.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze functional and business requirements, identifying missing or contradictory information.
  • Execute technical master data loads during mock test cycles, interim ad hoc cycles, and production cutover.
  • Coordinate development, testing, and defect management processes across onsite and offshore teams.
  • Perform system design, analysis, maintenance, and data rationalization.
  • Conduct volume testing and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or related roles.
  • Proven experience with Data Migration and master data load execution.
  • Hands-on expertise in Data Rationalization.
  • Experience performing Volume Testing.
  • Ability to manage development and testing lifecycles.
  • Strong coordination skills for working with onsite and offshore teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
