Analyze system requirements to improve workflows and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and problems to document technical solutions.
• Write detailed requirement specifications for programs, including functions and development steps.
• Test existing systems and assist IT staff with software development and installation plans.
• Evaluate system capabilities and scheduling limitations to determine change feasibility.
• Prepare workflow charts, diagrams, technical reports, and instructional manuals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or related technical roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic and VB.NET.
• Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, and C#.
• Experience with Java.
• Database management experience using MS SQL.
• Web development skills including HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Willingness to relocate to various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States.
