Description

You will support the IT lead in designing, testing, and maintaining system architectures and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify stability, security, scalability, and interoperability of system architectures.
• Collaborate with developers to select design solutions and ensure component compatibility.
• Identify necessary hardware, software, and data components to meet user requirements.
• Research and test software patches, fixes, and hardware/software configurations.
• Configure servers and install operating systems, network, or application software.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in computer systems engineering or architecture.
• Proficiency with Operating System Software and Management Software.
• Experience with Requirements Analysis and system architecture software.
• Ability to install operating systems and configure servers to functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Database Management Systems and Object Oriented Database Management Software.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Application Integration and Web Platform Development Software.
• Ability to perform security analyses on software components.

Preferred Skills

• Capacity to travel to various client sites across the USA as required.
