You will design, integrate, and maintain complex system architectures and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop system engineering, software engineering, and distributed system architectures.
• Verify the stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of system architectures.
• Collaborate with developers to select design solutions and ensure component compatibility.
• Identify hardware, software, and data components required to meet user needs.
• Perform security analyses on developed or packaged software components.
• Configure servers, install operating systems, and manage network or application software.
• Conduct hardware and software tests and complete models or simulations to predict system performance.
• Document design specifications, installation instructions, and technical reports.

Required Skills

• 5 years of progressive experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 2 years of direct experience in system architecture and the technologies listed below.
• Proficiency with Requirements Analysis and System Architecture Software.
• Experience with Operating System Software and Development Environment Software.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration Software.
• Familiarity with Database Management System Software and Object Oriented Database Management Software.
• Experience with Web Platform Development Software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technology field.
• Ability to travel to various client sites across the USA.
