Description

You will provide tier one hardware, software, and network installation and support in Crestview, Florida.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Perform initial diagnosis of system hardware, software, and communications issues.
• Manage support tickets by documenting all tasks and troubleshooting steps taken.
• Execute the disposal process for decommissioned machines and maintain related documentation.
• Maintain shipping and installation records to ensure accurate tracking.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a technical role or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with MS Windows 10 or newer operating systems.
• Experience with tier one hardware, software, and network installation.
• Knowledge of computer disposal processes.
• Ability to document technical workflows and support tickets.
• Valid driver license.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent technical education.
