Description

You will manage hardware deployments, software upgrades, and technical support within clinical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and install hardware and software equipment on-site.
• Perform hardware swaps, in-place upgrades, and device reimaging.
• Resolve reported software and hardware incidents for end users.
• Manage asset tracking and inventory updates following work instructions.
• Execute cable management and physical equipment organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or hardware roles.
• Experience performing Windows 11 upgrades.
• Proficiency in removing McAfee software from devices.
• Ability to perform device reimaging.
• Experience with asset management and inventory tracking.
• Physical ability to lift desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Strong communication skills for direct interaction with end users.
