Description

Provide Tier 1 hardware, software, and network installation and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Perform initial diagnosis of system hardware, software, and communications issues to initiate corrective action.
• Manage support tickets by documenting all tasks and steps taken.
• Execute the disposal process for decommissioned machines.
• Maintain accurate shipping, installation, and disposal documentation.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in technical support or related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Windows 10 or above operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose system hardware, software, and communications issues.
• Valid driver license.
• Graduate level education.
