Description

You will manage and maintain Automated Information Systems (AIS), network enterprise systems, and various operating systems and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for secure and non-secure ADPDE hardware, including client/server systems and video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment.
• Install and maintain network and telephone communication lines using copper (RJ-45/RJ-11) and fiber (UNI-CAM) connectors.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Manage VTC and audio-visual systems, including AMX control systems, sound systems, and integrated presentation setups.
• Execute service desk operations, including work order coordination, documentation, and inventory management for all ADPDE-related items.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server/Client environments and Microsoft database systems.
• Experience managing printing, backup, file services, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of ADPDE asset management processes and service desk operations.
• Experience supporting Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2012 through 2019, and VMware 6.
• Technical knowledge of Defense Switched Network (DSN) and AMX equipment.
• Ability to perform hardware installation and cable termination (copper and fiber).
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• Microsoft Certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
