You will lead the development of efficient, cost-effective multimodal AI solutions using Vision-Language Models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy efficient Vision-Language Models for multimodal applications.
• Implement scalable training and testing pipelines for VLMs on cloud platforms.
• Develop solutions integrating vision and language capabilities for tasks like VQA and document extraction.
• Apply VLMs to healthcare use cases, including medical imaging analysis and motion detection.
• Benchmark VLMs for accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness against real-world constraints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning or data science focused on vision-language models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with VLMs such as VILA, Isaac Sim, or VSs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker or Azure ML Studio for scalable AI deployment.
• Proven expertise in deploying production-grade multimodal AI solutions.
• Understanding of medical datasets and healthcare regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for model optimization under real-world constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Familiarity with optimization techniques like LoRA fine-tuning or modal-adaptive pruning.
