Description

You will drive innovation by applying state-of-the-art AI and machine learning across advertising domains, including inventory forecasting, ad experience, pacing, pricing, targeting, and ad delivery.

Responsibilities

• Invent and iterate on client solutions to complex advertising challenges using rapid prototyping and deployment cycles.
• Design, build, and scale ML systems that power core ad platform capabilities.
• Champion engineering excellence through best practices in code quality, system design, and operational reliability.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth.
• Apply AI/ML to advance ad decisioning, forecasting, experimentation, and ad experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, mathematics, and statistics.
• Proficiency in Python (primary), Java, and SQL.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Libraries.
• Proven proficiency in deep learning methodologies, including recurrent and sequence-based models.
• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, ViT).
• Strong understanding of multimodal embedding techniques.
• Experience with LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and RAG architectures.
• Experience thriving in a data-driven and collaborative environment.
