Description

You will design, build, and scale machine learning systems to drive innovation across advertising domains including inventory forecasting, ad experience, and ad delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy large-scale ML systems that power core ad platform capabilities.
• Invent and iterate on client solutions for complex advertising challenges using rapid prototyping.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to advance ad decisioning, forecasting, experimentation, and multimodal embeddings.
• Champion engineering excellence through best practices in code quality, system design, and operational reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical growth within the team.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
• Proficiency in Python (primary), Java, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, mathematics, and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Libraries.
• Proven proficiency in deep learning methodologies, including recurrent and sequence-based models.
• Experience with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, ViT).
• Experience with LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of multimodal embedding techniques.
