Description

Design and implement COMSEC policy updates and modernization plans for government customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure communication systems and policy updates.
• Create modernization plans for COMSEC components to meet current and future security requirements.
• Collaborate with government officials, warfighters, and vendors to define security requirements and performance standards.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of legacy, current, and future equipment.
• Apply cybersecurity technologies to secure NSS and National Security Information (NSI).

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• 25+ years of extensive service with substantial DoD experience at a senior level.
• Extensive experience in drafting, interpreting, and implementing COMSEC policies for the NSA or military branches.
• Direct experience with Radio/Aviation COMSEC.
• Deep understanding of encryption, decryption, and key management fundamentals.
• Cybersecurity expertise.
• Ability to provide technical recommendations and solutions with limited guidance.
• Strong senior-level briefing capacity and document preparation skills.

Preferred Skills

• ANY GRADUATE education.
• 1 year tenure in relevant domain.
