You will manage configuration and business requirement interpretation within the ZeOmega JIVA platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure benefits and contracts based on business requirements.
• Interpret complex benefits, contracts, and business logic.
• Support medical coding initiatives and follow coding guidelines.
• Manage application vendor or claims operations workflows.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• Strong experience with the ZeOmega JIVA platform.
• 3+ years of experience in benefit and contract configuration.
• 3+ years of experience interpreting benefits and contracts.
• 3+ years of experience with medical coding initiatives and guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience in claims operations or application vendor environments.
• Proficiency in contract configuration.
• Degree in Information Systems or 6-8 years of general analytical experience.
