Description

You will manage core system configuration, health plan implementations, and conversions within the System Configuration team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Interpret state and federal guidelines to configure benefits, contracts, and business requirements within core systems.
• Elicit complex business requirements through group meetings, interviews, and documentation analysis.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate communication between business and technical departments.
• Lead communication and facilitation efforts to present analytical findings and results.
• Mentor team members and analyze data to draw sound conclusions from complex datasets.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in configuration analysis or similar roles.
• Extensive experience with the ZeOmega JIVA platform.
• Proficiency with ICD and CPT coding standards.
• Ability to interpret detailed process diagrams, checklists, and policy documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong data mining and analytical capabilities.
