Description

You will provide technical support for software applications built on SharePoint Online, managing custom configurations and implementing new features.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SharePoint Online applications and their custom configurations.
• Research and implement new web part features and functionality.
• Configure and maintain survey tools such as Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Work within an Agile environment using Scrum processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with web parts and custom software configurations.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or SurveySparrow.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or social media business tools.
