Description

You will manage system setups and support new licensee deployments via Point-of-sale for the Connect Program.

Manage licensee data including API keys, certificates, tax modules, and menu configurations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support new licensees through Point-of-sale deployment.
• Input store information into Simphony, Postman, Kaseya, and Vertex.
• Troubleshoot support tickets within Jira.
• Manage licensee data including API keys, certificates, tax modules, and menu configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of Simphony or Aloha experience.
• 2+ years of Oracle experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Data Management.
• Experience with API management.
• Experience using Jira for ticket troubleshooting.
• Any graduate degree.
