Description

Lead healthcare configuration projects and define technical architecture for enterprise HealthRules Payor platforms. You will translate business requirements into functional configurations and present technical solutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects specifically focused on HealthRules configuration.
• Define the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms.
• Gather business requirements from customers and translate them into functional configurations.
• Synthesize complex information to provide effective solutions based on client needs.
• Present technical solutions and configuration strategies to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of direct HealthRules experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least two HealthRules Payor modules (Benefits, Pricing, or Claims).
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience working in consulting roles and directly with customers.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare domain.
• Ability to communicate and present technical requirements effectively to business users.
• Analytical skills to process and solve complex configuration problems.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in large-scale healthcare technical architecture design.
