Lead healthcare configuration projects and define technical architecture for enterprise HealthRules Payor platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects focused on HealthRules configuration.
• Define overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations.
• Present technical solutions and configuration strategies to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of direct HealthRules experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least two HealthRules Payor modules (Benefits, Pricing, or Claims).
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in consulting roles and direct customer interaction.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare domain.
• Ability to communicate and present technical requirements effectively to business users.
• Analytical skills to process and solve complex configuration problems.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in large-scale healthcare technical architecture design.
