Manage technical configuration and architecture for HealthRules Payor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects focusing on HealthRules configuration.
• Define technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms.
• Gather business requirements from customers and design technical solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
• Synthesize complex information to convey configuration requirements effectively.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of direct HealthRules Payor experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least two modules: Benefits, Pricing, or Claims.
• Experience with Finance modules.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven background in consulting and customer-facing roles.
• Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in configuration management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of the Healthcare domain.
