Lead healthcare configuration projects and design technical architectures for HealthRules Payor platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms.
• Gather business requirements directly from customers and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead healthcare projects focused on HealthRules configuration.
• Collaborate with customers through presentations and active requirement gathering.
• Synthesize complex information to convey configuration requirements effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience with HealthRules Payor platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience in at least two HealthRules Payor modules: Benefits, Pricing, or Claims.
• Strong understanding of the Healthcare domain.
• Proven experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Ability to present complex information clearly.
• Analytical skills to solve configuration challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Finance modules.
