Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and govern configuration management processes and supporting configuration data within ServiceNow.
• Ensure CMDB records, relationships, ownership, and lifecycle information remain accurate and complete.
• Investigate configuration data discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant technology teams.
• Support audits, reporting, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement of configuration management practices.
• Coordinate activities across multi-partner teams operating in geographically dispersed and cross-cultural environments.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and configuration management processes.
• Strong understanding of CMDB structures, configuration items, relationships, ownership, and data governance.
• Ability to analyze complex configuration issues and present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Experience working in IT service management environments, with ITIL certification required.

Good to Have:

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Information Technology or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred
