Description

You will manage and maintain the configuration management system to ensure data accuracy and integrity. You own the configuration items, control baselines, and oversee the design, coding, and testing of reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement configuration items and control configuration baselines.
• Perform operational activities according to CfM policies and fulfill service requests.
• Oversee the design, coding, and testing of reports while collecting required metrics.
• Conduct CfM audits and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Mentor configuration management specialists and the broader organization on CfM concepts.

Required Skills

• 2-7 years of experience as a Configuration Management Analyst.
• 2 years of direct Configuration Management experience.
• Direct experience in Data Management and data manipulation.
• Direct experience in Data Modeling.
• ServiceNow CMDB Micro Certification or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance or hold US Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
