Description

You will manage the configuration management system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and control baselines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement configuration items according to CfM policies.
• Control configuration baselines and oversee the design, coding, and testing of reports.
• Collect required metrics and conduct CfM audits to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Fulfill service requests and mentor specialists on CfM concepts.

Required Skills

• 2-7 years of experience as a Configuration Management Analyst.
• 2 years of direct Configuration Management experience.
• Direct experience in Data Management and data manipulation.
• Direct experience in Data Modeling.
• ServiceNow CMDB Micro Certification or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance or hold US Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days of hire.
