Description

Design and architect the Configuration Management Database to support IT infrastructure and service management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement application modeling within the CMDB framework.
• Manage and optimize the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Integrate SAMPRO and HAMPRO processes into the configuration management lifecycle.
• Align CMDB architecture with ITIL standards and infrastructure requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management or IT architecture.
• Deep expertise with the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for automation and integration.
• Direct experience with CMDB architecture and design.
• Hands-on experience with SAMPRO and HAMPRO.
• Proven ability in Application Modeling.
