Configuration Management Specialist

You will own the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of software application packages using Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

• Package and deploy software applications via Microsoft Intune to ensure system compatibility.
• Develop and implement automated deployment processes to streamline installations across environments.
• Design and enforce Intune policies for device management, security, and compliance.
• Maintain version control systems to track configuration changes across development, testing, and production.
• Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and investigate root causes to implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT environments.
• Extensive experience administering Microsoft Intune, including policy management and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Intune application packaging using Microsoft Intune Management Extension (IME).
• Strong experience with PowerShell for automation and customization tasks.
• Ability to create reports from Intune data using Microsoft Graph and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with application management and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
