Description

You will lead technical governance and process ownership for the enterprise configuration management program to ensure adherence to configuration baselines for all IT-owned assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day governance activities to ensure IT assets comply with established standards.
• Develop and mature configuration management practices, controls, and solutions to support the program roadmap.
• Collaborate with InfoSec architects to improve and maintain baseline approval processes.
• Direct and schedule audits of processes, ensuring all identified corrective actions are implemented.
• Guide IT asset owners on drift reporting, mitigation processes, and training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
• ServiceNow workflows and data structure optimization.
• Python scripting for automation.
• ITIL and IAITAM frameworks.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• AWS cloud infrastructure.
• API/REST integration experience.
• Tableau for data visualization.
